Unfortunately no. We are not legally able to purchase alcohol on your behalf. However! We do have a simple ordering system set up with a local liquor provider.
No! We can serve just about anything. We're currently mastering hot drinks for our 2019 winter events. But everything else we can serve!
We're located in Grapevine, Tx and will travel up to 100 miles round trip complimentary. After that we start to charge a travel fee. We love to travel so if you have a special location in mind let us know!
We require a 30% non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. 30% is due midway from the date of booking to the date of your event. This portion is refundable if you cancel 90days before the event. The remaining 40% is due 30 days prior to your event. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event you will not be refunded and the remaining balance is still due.
Due to the intricate balance in pressurizing your drinks properly we only allow our bartenders to operate the Jeeps. If you have a bartending service that requires them to serve, they are welcome to serve from the taps, but we will always have one of our reps present.
The Jeep dimensions are 6ft wide x 11ft long. We can fit through most double doorways if we're inside. We fit through a garage door with ease. And if we're outside space typically isn't an issue.

Due to Texas liquor laws they are not. However, we won't say no to a cute photo op with the Jeep.
Glass champagne flutes can be rented for an additional $2.00 ea. and Recyclable Plastic Flutes are offered at a discounted rate of $.75 ea. We have the ability to brand our plastics with at least 3 weeks notice and a slight upcharge.
WE LOVE ADDING FLORALS! You can install anything on the Jeep as long as it doesn't permanently alter it.
Florals are not included in the pricing. However, we can add them on based on availablity, we do suggest adding them through your florist as they are more experienced in ordering and installing! But if you don't have one we can still work some magic! :)
Each keg holds approximately 150 servings. This is based on a 4oz pour. If you would like your pours to be larger we just need to know ahead of time to adjust your calculations. We typically do one keg per drink option. However, we have the ability to have more kegs if your event exceeds 250 guests.
